I will guide you through the preparation of doughs, the art of rolling out pasta, using a rolling pin, and creating a lump-free béchamel sauce and a delicious ragù. I'll share many secrets gleaned from years of experience, making cooking much simpler and more enjoyable.
I have a university background in foreign languages, English and German, so it will be easy to engage in conversations with people from all over the world. My house, which has retained its original characteristics, is a century-old building located near the center of Modena.

- Rafaela was an amazing host. SHe taught us how to make torteloni, taglieteli and tiramisu. She was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitley reccomend.
- We had a wonderful cooking class with Rafaela! My family of four loved every minute of it. She contacted us the day before to ask about preferences for what we would like to learn to make. We said local cuisine and tortellini. She exceeded our expectations. She was very informative about local cuisine and culture and talked us through the recipes and process. The only challenge was we were there during very hot weather and there was no air conditioning, but we still enjoyed the evening. We highly recommend this experience.
- It was a wonderful experience.. Raffaela welcomed us in her beautiful furnished appartment. She taught us how to prepare two sorts of pasta, and Tiramisu and the tasty starters. She was the perfect host, gave us lots of good cooking hints, and created a warm family atmosphere. We fully enjoyed this event!

The environment in which Raffaella receives guests is an art nouveau house in which our Cesarina has carefully and lovingly preserved family objects and furnishings. With similar feelings, Raffaella, who beyond the passion for cooking also cultivates the one for foreing languages, English and German in particular, welcomes friends and guests, pampering them with the aromas and flavors of her dishes.
