My passion and profession are closely related to cooking, particularly the creation of fresh pasta made by hand with a rolling pin.
We will begin our journey by preparing the dough, an essential step in ensuring the success of the pasta. Next, we will immerse ourselves in the magic of puff pastry pulling, using traditional techniques. We will create classic noodles, but we will also explore other variations, such as pappardelle and tagliatelline. We will also have the pleasure of making garganelli, a typical pasta from Romagna that requires the use of a very simple and fun wooden tool. Finally, we will be confronted with the creation of the famous ricotta tortelloni.
