The kitchen has always been a place of love for me, a space dedicated to experimentation and sharing, which is why I wanted it to be spacious and bright. Working with traditional dough using a rolling pin is the activity that I'm most passionate about and that truly represents me: it not only connects me to my territory and family, but also provides an opportunity to explore and innovate.
