- Tiramisù
Bologna, a city famous worldwide for its tradition of fresh egg pasta! In this cooking class, we learn to make two types of pasta and dessert. We start with the preparation of the dough, starting from eggs and flour, then proceed with the art of the rolling pin. Once we have our sheet of pasta, we create different shapes: tagliatelle and tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and spinach. Let's discover together the secrets of each recipe and the curiosities about the tools of the trade. At the end of the course, everyone is seated at the table (in the garden during the good season) for a luncheon or dinner featuring fresh pasta, accompanied by excellent local wine, and it concludes with a classic: tiramisu. It will be a day dedicated to home cooking, tradition, and fun!

- Paola was a gracious host from beginning to end. I got lucky and ended up being a private experience. Learned how to make tagliatelle and tortellini and tiramusu. Learned helpful tricks for rolling the dough and about transparency of it to know when ready. Friendly and useful to beginners and intermediate cooks. I can say hands down I left the experience with the biggest grin of self satisfaction making delicious food.
