Beatrice was the best cook and teacher!  She explained everything so clearly!  It was 103 f the day we cooked so very warm!  The choices of stuffed pasta and sauces were amazing!  We are awaiting the recipes via email so we can try to make this in our own!  We loved her and the Como area!!!

Our evening with Anna in Cernobbio was great. She and her friend Terri took us to the Italian kitchen. After a relaxed get-to-know-you, we were allowed to share two typical Italian pasta dishes in the outdoor kitchen in the beautiful garden with a great view of Lake Como. We also prepared tiramisu. The atmosphere was warm and instructive the whole time with great insiders. During a short break there was delicious Prosecco and antipasti. After eating together there was a lot of laughter and extensive chatting, which rounded off the evening perfectly. We can only recommend this course and would love to come back. Grazie mille! :-)

Cooking Italian pasta and making Tiramisu with Barbara was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. She kindly welcomed us to her beautiful home and made us feel comfortable right away, gave us interesting information about the place and found a great way of introducing us to the Italian cuisine. Not only did we learn to make three delicious meals but Barbara made us feel so welcome, appreciated and cared for. We felt like cooks and guests at the same time.
