Shared Experience
Your experience
  • Bruschetta with typical products
  • Potato gnocchi
  • Torta Russa di Verona (typical cake made with puff pastry, almonds and macaroons)

Verona, the renowned city of Love, welcomes lovers with its unique charm. Here, you can immerse yourself in the romantic stories of Romeo and Juliet, discover lesser-known anecdotes about the Well of Love, and climb the Lamberti Tower to enjoy a breathtaking view.

In this cooking class, I will guide you through the flavors and traditions of Verona: you will learn how to make the classic Spritz, delicious bruschetta that you can easily recreate at home, and potato gnocchi, a tribute to the famous “Father of Gnocchi.” To end on a sweet note, we will prepare the Russian cake together, a romantic dessert that, according to legend, was born from love. Experience Verona with all five senses: through history, romance, and authentic flavors. I look forward to seeing you!

If you’re visiting Verona, book this Cesarine class with Aurora—you will love it! Our cooking class with Aurora was a highlight of our time in Verona and one of our favorite experiences in Italy. From the moment she welcomed us into her home, we felt like guests, not tourists. We made fresh tagliatelle, gnocchi, and tiramisu from scratch, and our daughter loved every step—it was one of her favorite memories of the trip. Aurora is a warm, patient, knowledgeable teacher who generously shares her family recipes and cooking tips. The best part was spending an afternoon in a real Italian home. Aurora shared stories about life in Verona, and we felt completely at ease. We learned a lot, laughed, and enjoyed an incredible meal together. We left with full stomachs, great memories, and delicious recipes we’ll use for years. Highly recommend this authentic Verona experience.

Five girlfriends met Chef Aurora with her assistant (interpreter) at her home. They are so delightful and one of the highlights of our trip!! We all put on our cute aprons and started making ravioli! We all sat down together on her patio to eat and have some prosecco! Aurira had a delightful surprise dessert which was delicious!!! Wonderful memories were made! Thank you Aurora for welcoming us into your home! ❤️❤️❤️
