Venetian and Veronese cuisine offers a huge variety of delicious dishes that are easy to prepare and satisfy all palates. I am passionate about cooking and very attentive to the needs of my guests, whom I always try to satisfy to the fullest. Together we will prepare a typical menu from my area, genuine and appetizing. We will start with soft polenta topped with mushrooms (or paired with cheese or local salami) and continue with pea risotto (the risotto may vary depending on the season). We will end our culinary adventure with Sbriociolata, prepared with my homemade jam. I look forward to welcoming you!

- Positively incredible from start to finish! Absolutely a highlight of our 3 week trip and our favorite part of Verona!! She stays in contact with us(me) since heading back to the USA, and she has helped coach me on getting my gnocchi **just right** at home! The first time I made it at home, I had some trouble and it was a bit chewy. I told her what I did, and she gave some recommendations for my next try! The second time around it was absolutely perfect! Her advice was **spot on**, and my gnocchi took us right back to Verona! Couldn’t have done it without her! She is so personable. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who is willing to communicate with you after your class like this … and provide personalized advice via google translate! She is incredible!!!

- Aurora is such a gem! She is so sweet and knowledgeable and makes cooking incredibly fun! We felt so welcomed into her home- even playing foosball with her husband in between courses. I loved practicing my Italian with her, and she also had a great translator with her that added so much brightness to our evening. I can’t recommend this experience enough!!!
