- My daughter and I went for the pasta making class and tiramisu! Patrizia was very nice and welcoming. Her friend Laura was interpreter for her. We learned some new facts about making pasta. Then were able to eat our pasta. All was very good as well as the tiramisu we made! She gave some different ways to make it as well. Lovely home and again she was so welcoming!!! We enjoyed our evening there.

- We enjoyed our cooking experience with Patricia. We had a private event with 8 people and everyone enjoyed preparing the pasta and dessert. We had wine while preparing and then enjoyed the meal afterwards. I would recommend this for groups of 8 or less. It was in her home which added an additional personalization.

She was such a kind and patient teacher…answering every question, explaining steps and recipes in detail, and making us feel so welcomed in her lovely home. The meal we ate was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, tasty and visually beautiful. Patrizia shared recipes, ideas, and hospitality! We highly recommend this experience to any traveler in the Siena area. The family of our Cesarina has been from Siena for generations and her passion for cooking was born in her family. In the kitchen, she loves to use creativity and imagination, but always paying attention to the tradition of flavors and tastes of her land. At her table, guests can enjoy dishes with a strong and unmistakable taste, made with genuine products: legumes, vegetables, meats, extra virgin olive oils, ingredients that give life to the most typical recipes of Siena, admiring the Campanone of the Torre del Mangia.
