Your experience

    Together, we will make the renowned Pugliese Panzerotto, stuffed with tomato and mozzarella, and for dessert, a delicious panzerotto filled with chocolate cream. We will tackle every step, from rolling out the dough to the filling to cooking in oil. Once ready, we will enjoy the freshly prepared panzerotti, all accompanied by an excellent glass of Rosso Pugliese wine, on the charming panoramic terrace in the heart of Cisternino's historic center.

    My cuisine is purely traditional and based on Apulian culture, ranging from humble dishes like bread and cheese meatballs to the typical roasted meats of Cisternino (bombette, knife-point sausages, gnumerelli, etc.). However, what adds the most charm to my cooking is the handmade fresh pasta made by my mother and grandmother, particularly burnt wheat orecchiette served with local fresh tomato sauce and cacioricotta cheese.
