We will share a unique experience at our cozy country farmhouse, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Puglia, with wide expanses of olive trees stretching down to the sea and a bird's-eye view of the entire surrounding scenery. We will go back in time together, exploring ancient traditions and getting to work preparing the famous orecchiette pasta. Everyone will have everything they need to participate in a lesson led by Maria, our expert Cesarina. This will be followed by the creation of orecchiette pasta, dressed with a delicious tomato sauce, goat's ricotta cheese and fresh basil, the latter harvested directly from our vegetable garden.

- The experience was awkward. Guidance and conversation were only partially translated leaving us feeling uncomfortable and confused about the cooking instructions. Food was tasty, though!
- Maria was a glorious teacher of her Italian cuisine and her masseria that you get to cook in is gorgeous. Picking from her garden and bringing the ingredients back to cook was amazing. She had her daughter with her to help interpret as well and they are both very joyful people.
- Maria is a fantastic host with great experience in the local coucine and traditions. We had a great afternoon and made pasta orecchiette and much more interesting dishes, we hope to come back and would highly recommend this venue and Maria
- A friend and I did an amazing cooking class with Maria and her lovely daughter, Sonia. It was a fantastic experience learning how to make so many dishes - bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and herbs picked from the garden, fried zucchini flower, polpette, orecchiette and sweetened almonds. Maria gave us helpful guidance and tips and was a very warm and friendly. The setting is just stunning. And afterwards we ate what had been cooked, accompanied by an excellent home grown wine. I would highly recommend this experience and Maria. It was an unforgettable day!
