    We invite you to enjoy Pugliese Panzerotti, prepared strictly by hand and deliciously filled with local mozzarella (also available lactose-free for those who are intolerant) and our own tomatoes. While we wait, we will prepare typical olive oil taralli. This will be accompanied by typical Apulian beer. Dinner will culminate with a delicious homemade jam tart.

    Naturally Domy: Born and raised in Puglia, I started cooking 15 years ago when my second child decided to leave the nest. I hoped that by learning to cook Puglian delicacies, my children would miss home more and visit us more often. Over the years, I have mastered the art of sourdough, which I care for like a third child, and I enjoy using it to make taralli, focaccia, and pizza. My love for nature has also led me to cultivate my own organic garden. Join me in preparing a traditional Puglian lunch: focaccia alla barese, homemade fresh pasta, taralli, and panzerotti, along with a dessert made from the fruits of our land.
