Small Group hands-on cooking class with 2 pasta recipes and tiramisù followed by an Italian aperitivo and lunch or dinner with the dishes prepared during the class
Shared Experience
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
Your experience
- Laganari with tomato sauce and cacio ricotta cheese
- Ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage
- Tiramisu with coffee and cocoa
The experience will begin with a refined aperitif served on the panoramic terrace, which will include delicious canapés with typical local products. Next, we will immerse ourselves in culinary school, beginning with the preparation of the famous Tiramisu. Once the dessert is completed and refrigerated, we will turn our attention to creating two fresh pasta doughs: one egg dough, perfect for ravioli, and one water dough, ideal for laganari. We will accompany both doughs with assorted sauces and dressings. After finishing the preparations, we will delight in a full tasting of all the dishes, all paired with an excellent Apulian wine. We will conclude this unique gastronomic experience with a dessert tasting and aromatic coffee.

Cesarina from 2023Location: Cisternino Languages: Italian and EnglishMy cuisine is purely traditional and based on Apulian culture, ranging from humble dishes like bread and cheese meatballs to the typical roasted meats of Cisternino (bombette, knife-point sausages, gnumerelli, etc.). However, what adds the most charm to my cooking is the handmade fresh pasta made by my mother and grandmother, particularly burnt wheat orecchiette served with local fresh tomato sauce and cacioricotta cheese.
