I love cooking and creating dishes to delight the palates of my guests by sharing with them techniques and secrets acquired over the years. I propose this course dedicated to vegan dishes that often accompany me in my daily life and that are also very appreciated by my beloved Italian guests and beyond! We will try our hand at a delicious seasonal vegetable appetizer enriched with pieces and herbs from my home garden. We will make the dough and in a few minutes we will transform it into tasty tagliatelle with the preparation of an appetizing seasonal pesto. Finally, we will make sbrisolona with white and corn flour with excellent Italian almonds as per Mantuan tradition. I will be very happy to host you in my house!
