I love cooking and creating dishes to delight the palates of my guests by sharing with them techniques and secrets acquired over the years. I propose this course dedicated to vegan dishes that often accompany me in my daily life and that are also very appreciated by my beloved Italian guests and beyond! We will try our hand at a delicious seasonal vegetable appetizer enriched with pieces and herbs from my home garden. We will make the dough and in a few minutes we will transform it into tasty tagliatelle with the preparation of an appetizing seasonal pesto. Finally, we will make sbrisolona with white and corn flour with excellent Italian almonds as per Mantuan tradition. I will be very happy to host you in my house!

- What a great class! We had an awesome time with Aurora and her interpreter Carlotta. Aurora warmly welcomed us into her home and made us feel like family right away. She went above and beyond to make the experience special and had tons of interesting information to share about Italian cooking. It was also the best meal we had in Italy! 10/10 recommend. Thank you SO much Aurora! You are a fantastic host, cook and teacher. That was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Italy. We were sad to leave at the end of the night!
- We had an incredible experience at the pasta and dessert class! From start to finish, it was both fun and informative. We learned to make two types of fresh pasta from scratch, and Aurora and Carlota walked us through every step, explaining techniques and tips along the way. The hands-on experience made it easy to understand the process and learn new things! We made two delicious pastas with herbs from her garden, laughed a lot and shared apertivos and wine! Being able to enjoy the fruits of our labor at the end—everything tasted amazing! As if that wasn’t enough, we also made classic tiramisu for dessert. Aurora put us at ease helping us understand how easy this dish could be to assemble! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and fun, and we left knowing we will bring her family and their recipes into our home. We highly recommend this class to anyone looking to elevate their cooking skills, enjoy a fantastic meal and meet a wonderful group of humans!
