I love cooking and creating dishes to delight the palates of my guests by sharing with them techniques and secrets acquired over the years. I propose this course dedicated to vegan dishes that often accompany me in my daily life and that are also very appreciated by my beloved Italian guests and beyond! We will try our hand at a delicious seasonal vegetable appetizer enriched with pieces and herbs from my home garden. We will make the dough and in a few minutes we will transform it into tasty tagliatelle with the preparation of an appetizing seasonal pesto. Finally, we will make sbrisolona with white and corn flour with excellent Italian almonds as per Mantuan tradition. I will be very happy to host you in my house!

- What an amazing cooking class with Aurora! She is so welcoming to her beautiful home where she teaches in her lovely kitchen. The recipes were great and Aurora made sure to offer us many possible variations to the recipes that we could use when making the dishes in our own home. The ingredients were top notch, some home grown in her garden! Sitting down for our meal that we had just made in such a welcoming setting with Aurora and Cosimo has to be one of the best tasting and enjoyable meals of our entire trip. - This was such an incredible experience! Aurora was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. The class took place in a local house in Verona, which added so much charm and authenticity. I made several types of pasta from scratch, and the hands-on process was both fun and fascinating. From kneading the dough to shaping the different kinds of pasta, every step was engaging and enjoyable. Aurora guided me perfectly, sharing tips and stories along the way. It was more than just a cooking class—it felt like spending time with a friend and sharing a love for good food. I can’t recommend this enough if you’re in Verona and want to do something truly memorable. A perfect mix of learning, fun, and of course, delicious food!

Aurora, squisita padrona di casa, con esilarante spontaneità e leggerezza ha reso tutto molto autentico Il tempo è volato fra chiacchiere, risate e preziosi spunti per ricette vegetariane da riprodurre facilmente anche a casa Bellissima esperienza super consigliata!

- Aurora è una persona estremamente solare, empatica e divertente. Il mio incontro con lei e con le Cesarine è avvenuto grazie ad un riuscitissimo regalo di compleanno a sorpresa. La giornata è volata tra chiacchiere, suggerimenti culinari, ricette, risate e anche qualche momento commovente. L’arrivo di Cosimo, degno compagno di Aurora, ha ulteriormente impreziosito l’incontro, raccontandoci della loro vita quotidiana, di avventure e viaggi, nei quali la cucina ha sempre fatto da trait d’union. Non vedo l’ora di riprodurre le orecchiette e i mille pesti suggeriti e di mettere in pratica tutti i suoi consigli (ho già ripetuto e spazzolato la torta tenerina)!
