Cooking for family and friends is my joy! I delight in creating menus centered on vegetables that bring the vibrant colors and flavors of the Mediterranean into every season. My home garden fuels this passion, inspiring mouthwatering dishes that brighten the table and warm the hearts of my guests. Together we will prepare typical Veneto ravioli, filled with seasonal vegetables, and tagliatelle with a rich tomato and pea sauce. We will end our culinary journey with a Veneto dessert adored around the world, the irresistible Tiramisu. Discover the colorful, healthy and flavorful essence of Veneto vegetarian cuisine at my house!

- Aurora is such a gem! She is so sweet and knowledgeable and makes cooking incredibly fun! We felt so welcomed into her home- even playing foosball with her husband in between courses. I loved practicing my Italian with her, and she also had a great translator with her that added so much brightness to our evening. I can’t recommend this experience enough!!!
- I learned to make several pastas and had some of the best wine I’ve ever had. She was so intelligent and had great tips and it was such a great time with everyone as well! Her house is beautiful and truly I would recommend this to everyone.
