Join me for a culinary experience in Verona, discovering the traditional dishes of this city. In this class we will prepare soft polenta together, enriched with fresh mushrooms or stringy gorgonzola. Amarone risotto is a classic, but tagliatelle all'Amarone is also delicious. Alternatively, we will make potato gnocchi, a typical dish, especially during Carnival. To conclude, we will make the famous tiramisu. I also propose vegan versions of all dishes, to satisfy every need. Live an authentic and tasty experience in the heart of Verona, between tradition and passion for cooking!

- All of our group, 4 people, loved the event! Learned so much about making fresh pasta. With lots of laughs and fun. We booked late on Wednesday night with a lesson on Thursday afternoon and Aurora was like a rock star, so prepared. I would highly suggest making plans to take a cooking class from Aurora. You won't be disappointed.

Aurora war unglaublich herzlich und einladend – man hat sofort gemerkt, mit wie viel Leidenschaft sie bei der Sache ist. Dank der tollen Übersetzung von Charlotta konnten wir alles gut verstehen und haben nicht nur viel gelernt, sondern auch jede Menge Spaß gehabt. Es war eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung und wir können den Kurs nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
- What an amazing cooking class with Aurora! She is so welcoming to her beautiful home where she teaches in her lovely kitchen. The recipes were great and Aurora made sure to offer us many possible variations to the recipes that we could use when making the dishes in our own home. The ingredients were top notch, some home grown in her garden! Sitting down for our meal that we had just made in such a welcoming setting with Aurora and Cosimo has to be one of the best tasting and enjoyable meals of our entire trip. I hope to get back to Verona to take another lesson with Aurora. Grazie mille!!!
- This was such an incredible experience! Aurora was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. The class took place in a local house in Verona, which added so much charm and authenticity. I made several types of pasta from scratch, and the hands-on process was both fun and fascinating. From kneading the dough to shaping the different kinds of pasta, every step was engaging and enjoyable. Aurora guided me perfectly, sharing tips and stories along the way. It was more than just a cooking class—it felt like spending time with a friend and sharing a love for good food.
