In the enchanting setting of the hills of Pesaro overlooking the sea, I will be waiting for you in my country house overlooking our centuries-old olive groves offering the following menu, "Smiles Astonishment and Secrets for 3 Super Recipes!"
As an appetizer, I will teach you how to make flaky piadina prepared with few but good ingredients and reveal my secret ingredient that makes it irresistible! This will be followed by cappellacci, made following an old home recipe. Cutting board, rolling pin and a few simple ingredients to make a dreamy pasta dish with egg pasta (made with eggs from my happy hens) and a filling of fresh spinach, Parmesan and ricotta cheese. To finish, we will make custard together with a delicious strawberry compote!

- We had an amazing afternoon / evening at Silvana’s place. Great aperative, and after an amazing piadina workshop. We had the most fresh ingredients to work with. Absolute recommandation to go here while you’re in the area of Pesaro. Silvana and Stefano are such lovely and welcoming people. We had an amazing time!

You were so kind and patient and gave us clear instructions on how to do everything. It’s a memory I will treasure forever. It was also lovely to be joined by my brother and his family and to taste some of the dishes we made, as well as the salami and sage. You are generous hosts. I wish you all the best and hope our paths cross again someday. I will recommend this experience to my friends in the United States!
