Do you feel like immersing yourself in the culinary arts? Pick up the rolling pin and roll out the pastry as it was done in the old days? Learn how to prepare an authentic tiramisu, the genuine kind? Then, you are ready to participate in this fascinating cooking class! In a simple and fun atmosphere, you will acquire the skills to make two types of dough and two varieties of fresh pasta, as well as the famous Tiramisu. We will create a dough of water and flour for Strozzapreti, a typical pasta from Romagna, and a dough of eggs and flour for Ravioli. During the class, I will personally prepare all the recipes, while you will have the opportunity to taste the delicacies you will have helped create with your own hands. All this will take place in my cozy home, equipped with a lovely garden!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a pasta and tiramisu course held in patrizias private home, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed into a warm and authentic atmosphere that instantly set the tone for something special. Making fresh pasta from scratch was both fun and rewarding, and the step-by-step guidance made it easy for everyone to follow along, regardless of skill level.
