Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
Your experience
During Vinitaly, Verona is transformed into an unparalleled festival. We will have fun together in this cooking class to learn the traditional dishes of this city. There is nothing nicer than sharing the moment of preparation in the kitchen with friends and family: a pleasant chat while preparing dishes with love and simplicity, and then enjoying them all together in the tranquility of home.
For our culinary experience, I propose a delicious zucchini and speck lasagna, potato gnocchi to be topped as desired, Amarone lasagnette with gorgonzola and walnuts, and baked vegetables.

- Aurora und ihre Familie waren sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir waren sehr gespannt was uns erwartet.
- We had a very nice evening and enjoyed Aurora and Valeria's company and hospitality in Aurora's wonderful house. Learning how to make tiramisù, tagliatelle, and gnocchi was great. If we had also learnt how to make the sauces, it would have been even better. As it was, there almost wasn't enough to do for all the participants. Suggestion: How about giving out the recipes on paper at the end? All in all, however, we really had a great night! Thanks very much!!
- Wow, wow, wow! Everything from hospitality to veratiy to the food itself was a 5 star experience! We only booked one day in advance and already Aurora took care of having a translator who was super nice and making sure she has all we requested. We loved the fact that we could learn 3 different recipes: Tagliatelle/Ravioli/Gnocchi and more! Thank you for all the smiles and great experience, we learned a lot!
- Absolutely worth every Euro! Aurora used an amazing interpreter allowing us to understand about pasta and gnocchi. Aurora had us working hard producing lovely food at her kitchen on the outskirts of Verona. All thumbs up on this experience.
- Lovely Aurora welcomed us into her beautiful home & taught my daughter & I how to make Gnocchi, Ravioli & linguine. We had the most fabulous day. She was so welcoming & such a great teacher. I wish I could return for many more lessons.
