Making pasta for me means devoting myself with love to my loved ones and new friends! Pasta is the most beloved Italian dish in the world. We offer three formats of homemade pasta: potato gnocchi, tagliatelle and ravioli, representative of our tradition. With simple tricks, we will learn together how to knead, cut and shape these delicacies. It will be easy to replicate the process at home, and I will be happy to give you all the necessary explanations and tips!

- We had the absolute BEST time at our cooking class with Aurora and her interpreter Norika! It was a highlight of our Italy vacation! Aurora was so welcoming and her home was beautiful. The pasta making was so much fun and absolutely delicious! We learned so much and cannot wait to recreate them at home. We cannot recommend this enough. This is a must do!!! Thank you so much again we loved our visit!
- Aurora is such a gem! She is so sweet and knowledgeable and makes cooking incredibly fun! We felt so welcomed into her home- even playing foosball with her husband in between courses. I loved practicing my Italian with her, and she also had a great translator with her that added so much brightness to our evening. I can’t recommend this experience enough!!!
- I learned to make several pastas and had some of the best wine I’ve ever had. She was so intelligent and had great tips and it was such a great time with everyone as well! Her house is beautiful and truly I would recommend this to everyone.
