We offer three formats of homemade pasta: potato gnocchi, tagliatelle and ravioli, representative of our tradition. With simple tricks, we will learn together how to knead, cut and shape these delicacies. It will be easy to replicate the process at home, and I will be happy to give you all the necessary explanations and tips!
