Cooking class on Verona traditions: polenta and tiramisù

In this culinary experience, we’ll discover the traditional dishes of this city. Together we’ll prepare soft polenta, enriched with fresh mushrooms or melted Gorgonzola. Risotto all’Amarone is a classic, but tagliatelle all’Amarone is also delicious. Alternatively, we’ll make potato gnocchi, a typical dish, especially during Carnival. To finish, we’ll prepare the famous tiramisu.
