Vegetarians will also be delighted with a Farmer's Vegetable Ragout. Enjoy pleasant chat, Chianti wine and Tuscan pecorino cheese. Create with me the famous "Panzanella" of Florence, follow my step-by-step directions, you can easily replicate it at home. Finish with Cantuccini Toscani and coffee or local Vinsanto. An authentic experience between art and Tuscan culinary tradition, taste everything we have prepared together!

I'm an artist passionate about cooking, especially traditional family cooking. I paint and develop my creative side in the dishes I cook. I like to transmit my grandmother's tradition of making handmade gnocchi, a simple recipe everyone can learn and replicate when back home. You'll never forget this delicious dish!
