Crafting pasta from scratch allows for experimenting with a variety of shapes and cuts, such as spaghetti, tagliatelle, or ravioli, using just flour, eggs, and salt. The hands-on process of making pasta is engaging and enables customization of the texture and thickness according to personal preferences. I also enjoy preparing tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert consisting of layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee, alternating with a mascarpone cream made from eggs and sugar, topped with cocoa powder. The preparation requires careful whipping of the cream and assembling the layers to achieve a perfect balance of sweetness, creaminess, and coffee aroma. Both dishes provide an opportunity to showcase culinary mastery and delight my guests with authentic and homemade flavors.
