Welcoming guests to our home, surrounded by olive trees and vines, is a privilege that allows us to pass on the culinary culture of our beautiful Italy.
I am waiting for you to prepare local recipes with ingredients we produce (such as oil and eggs from our chickens) and enjoy them together in our wine cellar or in the garden overlooking the sea, overlooking the Ligurian coast and the Gulf of Poets that bewitched artists and poets.
The culinary experience ends with a visit to our farmhouse, barn and sheepfold to make the moments spent together unforgettable.

- If you book only ONE experience in Italy, let it be this one. ❤️🇮🇹 We came to Anna’s home expecting an amazing Italian cooking experience, but we left feeling like we had gained family. This was hands down one of the most magical and unforgettable days of our entire Mediterranean trip. Anna and her wonderful mother, Mary, are simply special people. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. Anna was funny, energetic, incredibly sweet, and made the entire experience so much fun. What touched us especially was how she included our 8-year-old son from the very beginning. She made him feel like he was just as much a part of the experience as the adults, and as a parent, that meant everything. And the food! We made homemade pesto with fresh ingredients from Anna’s own garden, gathered eggs from her free-range chickens, and learned to make four or five different kinds of pasta together. This wasn’t simply a cooking class—it was being welcomed into an Italian home and experiencing their food, family, traditions, and way of life. We were also celebrating my cousin’s wife’s 50th birthday, and Anna and Mary went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. At the end of our day, they surprised her with tiramisu, 50 candles, and a Happy Birthday song! It was one of those beautiful, spontaneous moments you know your family will talk about for years. We absolutely could not have chosen a better Cesarine experience. What Anna and Mary created for us was unmatched. We arrived as guests and truly left feeling like family. If you are lucky enough to find availability with Anna, BOOK IT. This wasn’t simply one of the highlights of Italy—it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. Anna and Mary, thank you for opening your home and your hearts to us. We will never forget you or the beautiful day you gave our family. ❤️🇮🇹

- Anna's cooking class was a lovely experience for myself and my aunt. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home, greeted with food, wine, and wonderful conversation. You will feel part of the family during this experience. Along the way, we learned plenty about the culture in Liguria as well as cooking tips, every single step explained in detail. We wish we could have bottled Anna's laugh - highly recommend adding this as the highlight to your next trip.
- There are simply not enough words to express the outstanding pasta cooking experience Anna Maria showed our group! Anna (and her assistants Julia, Big Maria and Little Maria) gave us an experience of a life time - truly!!! It was not only the warmth, intimacy, fun and expertise she expressed while teaching us (hands-on, too) how to make tagliatelle, ravioli and tiramisu, it was the overwhelming joy we felt in her vivacious, generous and loving presence! With her beautiful daughter-in-law Julia (who is a chef in real life), her mother Maria Carmella and her grand-daughter, seven year old Maria) we were all magically transported to a beautiful, unforgettable moment in time! Waco one of us agreed, that of all the experiences on our nine day cruise, being with vivacious Anna and her wonderful family was hands down the best experience, the absolute highlight of all. - We had a wonderful time taking the pasta and tiramisu class. It was fun, engaging, and very informative. The instructor, Anna, was knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow. We learned some great techniques and, of course, got to enjoy some delicious pasta and tiramisu. Highly recommended!
