Welcoming guests to our home, surrounded by olive trees and vines, is a privilege that allows us to pass on the culinary culture of our beautiful Italy.

I am waiting for you to prepare local recipes with ingredients we produce (such as oil and eggs from our chickens) and enjoy them together in our wine cellar or in the garden overlooking the sea, overlooking the Ligurian coast and the Gulf of Poets that bewitched artists and poets.

The culinary experience ends with a visit to our farmhouse, barn and sheepfold to make the moments spent together unforgettable.

I had a really good time learning and cooking with Anna Maria. She taught me how to cook tiramisu, pasta with eggs and pasta with Semolina. We made differents kinds of dishes all very good and tasty. Molto delizioso. She also was very kind ro come and pick me up from the train station and to take me back to La Spezia. It was a really enjoyable experience which I will recommend 100%.

Une experience magique. L'hôte est très généreuse. J'ai adorée la recette de tiramisu au chocolat et les pâtes au pesto étaient délicieuses. J'ai même eu la chance d'aller chercher mon oeuf directement au poulailler. Les quantités sont généreuses. Activité fortement recommandée.

Anna was the best host and teacher. We made so many different types of pasta and we also made Tiramisù which I would have eaten the whole dish if I wasn’t already so full from the pasta. I would highly recommend making pasta with Anna, it was definitely the highlight of my whole trip!
