A daughter of the Irpinia culinary tradition, for several years now this "Cesarina" has been combining her experience with Neapolitan gastronomy.
My guests will be able to taste the typical dishes of this region, prepared by themselves. They will have fun crying and slicing onions for the typical Sunday dish, Genovese, and while everything is cooking, they will discover the secrets of the original dessert from the Island of Capri: Caprese Cake. It is an experience suitable for families, couples, and groups of friends.
