Learn to make the iconic piadina flatbread, as well as strozzapreti pasta and the classic tiramisu dessert with few but delicious ingredients. Enjoy tasting the piadina with typical cold cuts and cheeses from my region, and savor the strozzapreti served with a classic meat sauce that has simmered for at least 4 hours. You'll also discover how to pasteurize eggs for the tiramisu. All of this takes place in my home, which boasts a beautiful garden in a peaceful and relaxing setting where you can spend a few fun hours. And to top it all off, I'll cook everything we've made so you can sample the flavors of my region and sip on a delicious glass of local wine.

We had a great time with Pati. The evening was a lot of fun. But most importantly, we learned so much about making pasta!!! Pati and her mother shared many practical tips with us, and they were so patient in showing us every single step and constantly controlling the process. They only use high quality produce, and so the result was absolutely delicious! We were also served great prosecco, red wine and delicious bruschette and panini as aperitivo. We would go back anytime.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen, herzlichen und leckeren Abend bei Patrizia. Mit ihrer ruhigen und herzlichen Art fühlten wir uns direkt wohl. Die Zubereitung des Essens war stets unkompliziert und sehr gut erklärt. Wir würden Patrizia jederzeit wieder besuchen und mit ihr kochen, da es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für meinen Mann, meine Tochter und mich war. Effectuer ce cours de cuisine chez Patrizia a été une expérience inoubliable. Nous sommes arrivés dans un lieu magnifique et apaisant, accueillis chaleureusement par une famille italienne aux belles valeurs. Un verre de Prosecco nous a été offert à notre arrivée, puis nous avons commencé par préparer un délicieux Tiramisu, guidés avec bienveillance par Patrizia. Nous avons ensuite confectionné les traditionnelles Piadine, encore meilleures que des pizzas, toujours sous les conseils avisés de notre hôte. Puis vint la préparation des strozzapreti, des pâtes typiques de la région, réalisée sur la terrasse dans une ambiance joyeuse et détendue. Les explications étaient claires et le moment très convivial. Une fois les mets prêts, nous avons dégusté trois variétés de Piadine dans la cuisine, avant de nous installer dans le jardin pour savourer les strozzapreti al ragù, accompagnés d’un excellent vin rouge local. Le tout s’est conclu en beauté avec notre Tiramisu maison et un café savoureux. Nous avons vécu une magnifique aventure culinaire que nous recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la cuisine italienne dans un cadre idyllique. Un grand merci à Patrizia et à sa maman Carla pour cette expérience hors du commun !

Patrizia graciously welcomed us into her home. She kindly excepted our booking which included two children (aged 2 and 5). She modified the meals to make them child friendly (using decaffeinate coffee for the kids) and supported the kids to be involved in the cooking. We love the meals we made and are very excited to try these out at home in Australia. Thank you Patrizia.

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
