We will uncork a bottle of excellent prosecco and with my delicious appetizers I will immediately connect you with the place you have chosen for your vacation: the parmigiana di melenzane, the caprese salad with tomatoes, the treccia sorrentina and basil, my rustic pizzas, the bruschette with vegetables from the garden, the tagliere with a selection of our special cheeses, ricotta di fuscella, provolone del monaco, caciotta with lemon... and then to the kitchen, to create and taste magic: ravioli made together a hundred ways and tiramisu!

- Such a wonderful and authentic experience! The pasta and tiramisu cooking class at a local’s home was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy. The food was absolutely delicious, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it even more special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true taste of Italian culture!
