Dumplings are a delicious dish from our mountains and can be made with both meat and vegetables. They can be served in broth, with butter, in salads and also as a side dish. We will welcome guests with a small appetizer in which we will tell the story of dumplings. We will prepare three types of dumplings together and then taste them together.

- Cristiana's cooking class was buonisimo! Cristiana is friendly, and a great host. Her and Stefano welcomed me into their home with great warmth and hospitality. Cristiana taught me how to make two separate dishes with fresh ingredients from her garden. In between, we sat and drank wine in her garden. It was the perfect Italian cooking experience and I would recommend to anyone. Grazie Cristiana e Stefano! :)

- A fantastic experience. Excellent cookery tuition in beautiful surroundings. Cristiana helped and guided but I got to make the dishes and learn how to bring things together. And then to eat them with Cristiana and Stefano- and the courses were all delicious! Highly recommended. I would definitely do more cookery lessons with Cristiana if I had more time.
- Cristiana is truly one of a kind with her good energy. We immediately felt welcome and it was very nice. They have built such a nice little paradise and being there made us feel totally in peace and happy. Cristiana showed us how to make Tiramisu and Pasta from scratch and it is the best Pasta I ever ate. She taught it to us in a very understanding and intersting way. It was a lot of fun and a perfect surprise for our friend. I would recommend this experience to everyone and hope they will also be welcomed by Cristiana and her husband. We had a lot of great talks and a lot of laughter. We will always remember this moment. We all loved it and were so happy we organised it. We wish Cristiana and Stefano a lot of success!
