I will welcome you with a great local aperitif and appetizing appetizers.
I will be happy to guide you in my kitchen to prepare three truly delicious and easy-to-execute vegan desserts, we will knead sweet treats in joy. My passion and experience in the kitchen remains true to the Italian philosophy, however, it also spurs me to research and experiment with ethical ways to delight the palate. We will make Cantucci, chocolate cake and really special Amarone doughnuts. I look forward to seeing you there.

- We had a wonderful class with Aurora. I love that she made tiramisu simple and delicious. I will be able to make this at home! I loved learning a new technique while making pasta. The food was simple to execute and delicious. We will be taking another class when we return to Verona!!!
