In this magical atmosphere, as your Cesarina, I let you savor the delicacies of Trentino: tasty and authentic dishes based on traditional recipes and local products. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.
I am excited to offer an exclusive cooking course in which we will prepare bruschetta with typical local products, casunziei (a traditional filled pasta), and apple pie. My course is not just a demonstration of recipes, it's a journey into the heart of Trentino's gastronomic tradition.

- Great time with Costanza and Paolo, Authentic cooking class with a lot time spent at their Villa in the Hills of Trento. They where very welcoming and generous.

The food we made was of high quality and could be served in a restaurant. Her husband gave us also interesting details of Italian culture. During the summer days, you can eat under the shade of the age-old yew tree, refreshed by the breeze from Mount Calisio. In this magical atmosphere, I let you savor Trentino's delicacies, tasty and authentic, based on traditional recipes and the fruits of the earth. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.
