In this cooking class, you will learn how to make piadina, the typical bread of Romagna, fresh hand-rolled pasta, and tiramisu. I will serve you piadina with cheese, local cold cuts and fresh vegetables seasoned with bread, parsley and garlic, typical of my town. We will also make ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling, and we will conclude by making tiramisu.
Everything will take place in my cozy house, with a beautiful garden to relax in while we prepare piadina, pasta and dessert. At the end, you will enjoy what you have cooked, accompanied by a glass of local wine. An authentic experience to immerse yourself in the flavors of my land.

- We would love to thank Patrizia for this amazing cooking class and the hospitality. We left with so much more than just new skills and recipes. She was so kind and an amazing teacher, everything was well-prepared, she explained and showed us everything slowly so we could understand all the details. It was fun and the dinner was delicious! We enjoyed getting a little peek into the italian life and cuisine. Can't wait to try the pasta and tiramisu recipes at home. This was an amazing experience. Loved every minute. Grazie mille! ❤️

It was really special for us to had the chance to be invited into her lovely home and having a wonderful evening with an outstanding dinner. La casa si presta già dall esterno un bellissimo casolare romagnolo immerso nel verde con sfumature country che rendono il tutto più magico. Entrati in casa abbiamo iniziato il corso ed è stato davvero divertente e soddisfacente passare tre ore a casa di Patrizia a preparare e mangiare prelibatezze romagnole.. - Patrizia opened her beautiful authentic hime for us and we made delicious pasta and Tiramisu❤️ She served us a nice cheese and cured meat platter before eating the pasta we made that day🤩 We ate delicious Tiramisu for dessert and enjoyed a cozy evening with lights and something good to drink😊
