    I look forward to welcoming you into my home to teach you how to prepare some typical dishes from Bari! We will start with two appetizers: one focaccia with cherry tomatoes and oregano, and another with onions. For the main course, I will guide you through making orecchiette with turnip tops, a true classic of Bari’s tradition. To end on a sweet note, we’ll prepare sporcamuss, a delicious traditional dessert from Bari, and I’ll also share its history. It will be a unique experience in a relaxed and fun atmosphere, alongside me and my family. If you prefer, I can happily prepare vegetarian and vegan alternatives.

    What a privilege to be invited into Sara's home, to taste her amazing home cooking. A true professional, Sara gave us insights and details of the dishes she made. Her wonderful family were to hand for translating, which greatly helped our experience. Their kindest and generosity was so evident in their homely food. Local ingredients cooked by a local chef, served in a local home. Such a fabulous memory making experience. Thanks so very much to Sara, her daughter & partner for their hospitality.
