Your experience
  • Filled ravioli
  • Cavatelli (homemade pasta)
  • Tiramisù

I look forward to welcoming you to my home for a special cooking course on fresh pasta. After the welcome cocktail, you'll get your hands on the dough as we prepare some typical dishes from Neapolitan and Sorrentine cuisine together. Caprese Ravioli and Cavatelli will no longer be a mystery to you, as I will tell you their story and share some curiosities. At the end of the course comes the well-deserved reward: we will taste what we have prepared, with a glass of local wine, in the dining room or on the terrace. We won't miss having a coffee and a good limoncello made with organic lemons from my garden. We will spend a few hours together in joy because there's nothing that brings people together more than good food and good company!

Maria Rosella
Cesarina from 2018Location: Piano di Sorrento    Languages: Italian, English, Spanish
Maria Rosella, our Cesarina host, lives in Piano di Sorrento, a corner of paradise on the Sorrento coast that offers simple and natural ingredients for her dishes rich in colors and flavors. Maria Rosella welcomes us into her cheerful home, within a residential park with a large terrace and garden, to discover the culinary traditions of the area. And she tells us about her culinary passion, inherited from her grandmother, with whom she spent Sunday mornings in the kitchen, while the scent of ragù sauce filled the house, the wise hands of her grandmother kneaded dough and quickly the dishes around the table filled up with gnocchi, ravioli and tagliatelle.
