    Ingredients: Flour, wheat, ricotta cheese, eggs, fiord'arancio, spices and a few secrets! everything has been said about the Neapolitan pastiera, even to the point of disturbing the Parthenopean siren. it is the Neapolitan dessert par excellence: the pastiera is a concentrate of flavors and knowledge, collected in old family recipe books. it is an elaborate dessert, an alchemy of long preparation that intoxicates the nostrils, the palate and the heart with happiness!

    Come to my house to make it with me: I will guide you step by step to make this amazing dessert, from the preparation of the wheat to the pastry! while we cook we will delight with Neapolitan appetizers and excellent wine, and as soon as it comes out of the oven you take your pastiera away with you!
