My name is Chiara and I’ll be delighted to welcome you into my kitchen to share an authentic experience of Campania’s traditions. During the class, I’ll explain how to make Genovese sauce, starting with the selection of ingredients—few but essential—right through to the techniques and little secrets needed to achieve a perfect result.

Together we will prepare handmade maltagliati, which we will serve with our Genovese sauce, for a dish that embodies history, patience and flavour. Each stage will be an opportunity to talk about the region and the traditions that make this recipe so special. We will start the experience with a croquette, whilst we will finish on a sweet note with a fruit tart, for a simple and authentic finale.
