My name is Gaia and, for me, cooking is about home, tradition and family. In my little cottage nestled in the Cortona countryside, I’ll welcome you for an authentic cooking class, where you’ll learn to make traditional Tuscan pizza and finish on a sweet note with classic tiramisu.

I use simple, fresh, seasonal ingredients, often locally sourced, because I believe quality is the foundation of every recipe. During the experience, I’ll share with you the techniques, stories and secrets passed down by my grandmother and my mum, combining tradition with my own personal touches.

After cooking, we’ll enjoy what we’ve made together in our garden, surrounded by nature and in the company of our sweet little pets. A convivial, genuine moment, rich in authentic flavours.
