Cooking class: you will learn to prepare a traditional dish with a tasting of the recipe prepared during the course, accompanied by a glass of wine
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
I am Elena, Cesarina from Modena, and I await you at my home to spend an evening discovering fried gnocco, with its soft golden dough and a symbol of our tradition.
Together, we will discover the secrets and tricks of preparing this dish. Its origin seems to date back even to a historical period before the fall of the Western Roman Empire, linked to the arrival of the Lombards in Italy.
After the class we will taste the fried gnocchi, pairing them with a good glass of wine. It will be a unique opportunity to share an evening together and meet new people. I look forward to seeing you!
