We will prepare traditional egg noodles together following grandma's recipe, then we will dress them with a fresh pesto prepared with basil freshly picked from my garden. We will then move on to the second first course, trofie alla norma with eggplant also picked from the garden. We will conclude with the preparation of a tiramisu in a jar, enriched with an authentic Sicilian touch.
