Hi, I’m Cesarina Rosa, and together we’ll discover the secrets of the art of pizza and traditional Neapolitan cuisine. We’ll begin with an iconic appetizer: pizza marinara, a true symbol of simplicity and flavor. Then we’ll move on to a great classic of Campanian tradition, pasta allo scarpariello, and finally end on a sweet note by preparing together the timeless tiramisù, one of the most beloved Italian desserts in the world. Everything will be accompanied by a good glass of wine and stories about the city that hosts us—anecdotes, curiosities, and secrets that only a true Neapolitan can share—so you can enjoy a warm, convivial, and unforgettable experience.

- Rosa (and Sean!) was a fantastic guide. Not only did I get to try great food at all their favourite places, they also gave me so much information about the history, the architecture, and the people of Naples. They were very willing to tailor the tour to my interests, and were so easy to get along with. They even made sure I got back to my hotel safely! I had a great time and gave fallen even more in love with Naples because of them!

Warm, inviting, incredibly knowledgeable about Naples, and food and have us great suggestions about what to do and see in Naples and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed that it was not just an instructional on how to cook but more importantly Rosa shared knowledge and expertise around the ingredients that were being used, how and where to find them, and their history and importance to Italian and Neapolitan culture. 10/10 would recommend Rosa (and Sean) if you are looking for a relaxed, inclusive and thorough cooking experience in Naples!
