I welcome you into my home and my vegetable garden, where every day I harvest the fresh produce of my land with my own hands. Together with you, we’ll start right here, with the simplicity and the aroma of freshly picked vegetables, to enjoy an authentic experience of Sorrento cuisine.

With patience and passion, we’ll prepare aubergine parmigiana together – a dish rich in flavour and tradition, made just as my family used to make it, layer by layer, with wholesome ingredients bursting with sunshine. Then we’ll move on to another special moment: we’ll make mozzarella, kneading it by hand and learning the time-honoured techniques of our dairy-making tradition.

And to round off this journey through the flavours of my homeland, we’ll make tiramisu together. It will be an experience filled with aromas, smiles and simplicity.
