As everyone knows, Verona is the city of love, thanks to the legendary story of Juliet and Romeo. But beyond romance, this city is also renowned for its divine wines: the Valpolicella region offers extraordinary wines that delight every palate. Veneto is also privileged to produce the famous Prosecco, loved by Italians and appreciated worldwide. Often, when I offer a glass of Prosecco to my foreign guests, I see their eyes light up with excitement. This inspired me to create an experience that celebrates Venetian traditions: we will prepare ravioli together, starting from the dough, to the filling and the seasoning, all while pairing it with the unmistakable elegance of Prosecco. I look forward to welcoming you!

- Prima esperienza Cesarine per me, andata ben oltre le aspettative! Non potevamo capitare meglio di così!!! Aurora, squisita padrona di casa, con esilarante spontaneità e leggerezza ha reso tutto molto autentico Il tempo è volato fra chiacchiere, risate e preziosi spunti per ricette vegetariane da riprodurre facilmente anche a casa Bellissima esperienza super consigliata!
- Il tempo passato con Aurora è volato, saremmo rimaste tutto il giorno a cucinare e con lei a chiacchierare. È una padrona di casa perfetta, ci ha dato più di un consiglio di cucina su varie preparazioni oltre alle ricette vegetariane buonissime che stavano preparando. Consiglio senza dubbio l’esperienza Cesarina con lei non può esserci scelta migliore!!!
- Aurora è una persona estremamente solare, empatica e divertente. Il mio incontro con lei e con le Cesarine è avvenuto grazie ad un riuscitissimo regalo di compleanno a sorpresa. La giornata è volata tra chiacchiere, suggerimenti culinari, ricette, risate e anche qualche momento commovente. L’arrivo di Cosimo, degno compagno di Aurora, ha ulteriormente impreziosito l’incontro, raccontandoci della loro vita quotidiana, di avventure e viaggi, nei quali la cucina ha sempre fatto da trait d’union. Non vedo l’ora di riprodurre le orecchiette e i mille pesti suggeriti e di mettere in pratica tutti i suoi consigli (ho già ripetuto e spazzolato la torta tenerina)!
