We will enter the world of pizza, a dish loved and replicated all over the world. We will start with the basics, following the classic recipe and using a blend of high-quality flours that will give the dough an unmistakable homemade aroma. Next, we will prepare the pizzas, topping them with premium mozzarella and adding ingredients to taste to personalize each creation.
Everyone will have the opportunity to top their pizza according to their own taste. Finally, we will devote ourselves to preparing a delicious tiramisu, in full respect of the Venetian tradition.

- Positively incredible from start to finish! Absolutely a highlight of our 3 week trip and our favorite part of Verona!! She stays in contact with us(me) since heading back to the USA, and she has helped coach me on getting my gnocchi **just right** at home! The first time I made it at home, I had some trouble and it was a bit chewy. I told her what I did, and she gave some recommendations for my next try! The second time around it was absolutely perfect! Her advice was **spot on**, and my gnocchi took us right back to Verona! Couldn’t have done it without her! She is so personable. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who is willing to communicate with you after your class like this … and provide personalized advice via google translate! She is incredible!!!
- Most excellent time with the absolutely best chef and teacher. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot. Dishes we made were great. I would definitely book another class with Aurora. Absolutely top notch experience.

- Aurora is such a gem! She is so sweet and knowledgeable and makes cooking incredibly fun! We felt so welcomed into her home- even playing foosball with her husband in between courses. I loved practicing my Italian with her, and she also had a great translator with her that added so much brightness to our evening. I can’t recommend this experience enough!!!
- I learned to make several pastas and had some of the best wine I’ve ever had. She was so intelligent and had great tips and it was such a great time with everyone as well! Her house is beautiful and truly I would recommend this to everyone.
