We will enter the world of pizza, a dish loved and replicated all over the world. We will start with the basics, following the classic recipe and using a blend of high-quality flours that will give the dough an unmistakable homemade aroma. Next, we will prepare the pizzas, topping them with premium mozzarella and adding ingredients to taste to personalize each creation.
Everyone will have the opportunity to top their pizza according to their own taste. Finally, we will devote ourselves to preparing a delicious tiramisu, in full respect of the Venetian tradition.

- We had a great evening at Aurora‘s beautiful home. We cooked Tagliatelle and Gnocchi, with a typical cake as dessert. We had a great evening and enjoyed cooking with Aurora very much. It is admirable with how much love Aurora prepares her homemade goods. Thanks for this unforgetting experience!
- The cooking class with Aurora exceeded our expectations. One of the people in our party is celiac and can only eat gluten free food. Aurora was nice enough to do a gluten free cooking class for us .. with Amarone Risotto, creamy polenta with gorgonzola (which was the best polenta I ever tasted), and 2 desserts .. a gf chocolate cake and 1 dessert with gluten .. tiramisu. Aurora was a pleasure and she also had Manuel who translated her Italian into English for us. Suffice it to say that our group had a great time with Aurora and we highly recommend her cooking class.

- We had a wonderful and truly memorable experience with Aurora in early October. She welcomed us into her beautiful home and made us feel like honored guests from the moment we arrived. Together, we prepared three delicious traditional dishes: pumpkin risotto, polenta, and sbrisolona. Aurora was warm, kind, and incredibly welcoming. She patiently explained every step and encouraged us to participate throughout the cooking process. She also gave us a lovely tour of her home, which made the experience feel even more personal and authentic. An interpreter was available and did an excellent job of making everything easy to understand, so we were able to fully enjoy the cooking and conversation. Afterward, we sat outside and enjoyed the wonderful meal we had prepared together. Everything was absolutely delicious! What made this experience so special was not only the food, but Aurora’s warmth, generosity, and genuine hospitality. It was so much more than a cooking class—it was an opportunity to experience Italian food and culture in a beautiful, welcoming home. We would highly recommend this Cesarine experience and Aurora to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable Italian experience.
