What awaits you will be a wonderful experience to enjoy the best of true typical Scilian cuisine.You will learn how to make fresh Sicilian pasta, maccheroni con il ferretto, wich while we enjoy a welcome aperitif we could preparare and season with a Norma sauce or a sauce with sardines ora a Trapanese pesto or in winter with cauliflower and olives deending on your tastes.Finally , under my guidance you will prepare the tiramisu that in the winter season we could also make in the version with ricotta similar to the Sicilian cannolo.

Sono andata a cena della signora Giampatrizia assieme ad una mia amica e ci siamo trovate veramente bene, un po’ come in famiglia. Appena siamo arrivate abbiamo notato la cura nel dettaglio della tavola con al centro una composizione floreale. Nonostante le nostre scarse doti culinarie, sotto l’attenta e paziente supervisione della nostra Cesarina, abbiamo mangiato tantissimi piatti molto buoni della tradizione siciliana, dall’antipasto al dolce. La serata è stata assolutamente di nostro gradimento e i padroni di casa si sono dimostrate persone disponibili anche nel consigliarci modi per arricchire il nostro itinerario durante il viaggio. Risate e chiacchiere non sono mancate, esperienza assolutamente da provare, consigliassimo!!!!
