    Join me at my home for an evening that's a little different — an experience full of good food and great company!

    Recipe calendar (starts at 7:30 pm) :

    • 12/17: Arancinette (mini Sicilian rice balls)
    • 1/28: Gnocchi with Gorgonzola

    We’ll prepare a traditional recipe together — perfect for a relaxed night with friends — and you’ll learn all the steps and little secrets behind it. After cooking, we’ll sit down to enjoy what we made and toast with a good glass of wine. The experience will be confirmed once we reach a minimum of 4 participants. Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

    A cooking class with a cozy atmosphere. The 1 on 1 guidance made the step by step pasta making easy to follow. We got materials to take home to make my own pasta!

    Sabato ho avuto il piacere di partecipare a una lezione di pasta fatta a mano, un regalo speciale, è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La nostra cesarina, Simona, è stata accogliente, simpatica e bravissima nel guidarci passo dopo passo nella preparazione dei cavatelli alla norma. Fare la pasta a mano è stato sorprendentemente rilassante e divertente, e ancora più bello è stato mangiare tutti insieme il frutto del nostro lavoro, in un’atmosfera davvero conviviale. Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato molto è stata la disponibilità di Simona ad adattarsi alle esigenze di tutti: ad esempio ha modificato la ricetta per accontentare i gusti dei bambini presenti, rendendo l’esperienza piacevole anche per loro, e mantenendo la ricetta originaria per noi adulti. A fine lezione ci è stata anche lasciata la ricetta scritta, con dosi e procedimento, così da poterla replicare a casa. Un’esperienza che consiglio a chiunque voglia concedersi un momento di condivisione e imparare qualcosa di nuovo.

    Cesarina from 2024Location: Milan    Languages: Italian, English, French
    Since 2018, I have been a Cesarina in Palermo, and because my children live in Milan, I decided to open my home there as well, along with my daughter Simona. Simona and I share a passion for cooking, and together we will prepare traditional dishes from our home region of Sicily, such as *busiate* and *cavatelli*, as well as Lombard dishes like pumpkin tortelli and tagliatelle with seasonal ingredients. We will also make Sicilian desserts based on ricotta, such as cannoli and cassata, and a unique version of tiramisù, passed down to us by a chef friend from Treviso, the birthplace of this recipe.
