- Abi and I took at class with Monica in her cooking studio. The history of the space was very charming. The class was so fun! We learned to make ravioli and tiramisu and it was so easy! Will definitely make this at home! She did a fabulous job of teaching us her grandmothers recipe and then we had a fennel Salad, our homemade raviolis and dessert which we made all of it. So delicious! Monica was so friendly as well!

- We had the most wonderful experience with Monica. She went out of her way to accommodate us with a later time when our initial flight was cancelled. She taught us how to make 2 types of pasta and tiramisu. The food was delicious and we are looking forward to treating our friends and family to some authentic Italian cuisine. This was one of the best experiences we had while visiting Italy. We highly recommend.
- Monica made the preparation easy and enjoyable. The finished meal was exceptional, especially the ravioli. The setting was a perfect little grotto-like room. Colorful linens and pretty crystal ware. Nice!
