Course in a central and very elegant area of Milan.
You will be able to work in a large, cozy kitchen and enjoy the dishes prepared, weather permitting, on a beautiful romantic terrace full of flowers and little lights! It includes the preparation of tagliatelle, ravioli and tortelloni. My guests will learn how to knead not only traditional fresh pasta but also green, straw and hay pasta. For tortelloni and ravioli we will prepare a variety of fillings, pumpkin, spinach, mushrooms and more. At the end we will taste the dishes made during the course while sipping an excellent local wine and we will end with a delicious tiramisu!

- Giuliana was a great guest. We had an amazing time with her and her family, learning how to cook raviolis, tagliatelle and tiramisu together. Everything was delicious!! It was definetly a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!!
