Are you ready to prepare Strozzapreti: a fresh pasta typical of Rimini and spend a few fun hours with me? The name of this pasta is peculiar and funny but, as you will later discover in this experience it is closely related to the history of my region... then I will tell you about it. With only water and flour, Strozzapreti is a delicious and easy pasta to make. At the end of the course I will cook the pasta made by you which will be dressed with a homemade tomato sauce, so you will have a chance to taste what you have prepared. Everything will be accompanied by a good glass of Sangiovese wine. I am waiting for you!

- We had a wonderful evening with Patrizia! In her unique italian kitchen she showed us how to make pasta the way she had learned it from her grandma. Afterwards we got to enjoy our selfmade dishes and a variety of regional snacks in the tranquil atmosphere of the garden. Delicious!

- Our workshop with Patrizia was absolutely brilliant. We had a great time, learned how to make two different pasta dishes and a fabulous tiramisu. Lunch in the garden was delicious and we felt very welcome in the family’s home. And we loved the dog 😁

- Patricia and her whole family made for our family this experience unique and unforgettable. With warm hospitality, nice house with beautiful garden, very interesting pasta preparing activity specially kids liked a lot and of course with fantastic food. We enjoyed it a lot.
