    My home is a reflection of my culinary creativity, a place where the scents and flavors of childhood merge with my passion for new recipes. I love to combine tradition and innovation, creating pasta dishes with fresh vegetables or shellfish, ravioloni stuffed with seasonal ingredients such as herbs, ricotta, fava bean puree, wild chicory, fish and burratina, all topped with light sauces that enhance the flavor. Main courses range from fresh fish such as mussels au gratin, octopus "alla pignata," baby octopus and mullet, to typical local meat dishes such as traditional horse pieces. And to conclude, there can be no shortage of desserts: a good tiramisu or grandma's tart. I am waiting for you to enjoy this taste experience together!

    Well, I had never done such a course before and as my Italian is practically nonexistent I must say I was a little apprehensive… I had no need to be. This was a most delightful experience….. so let me tell you. I show up at the appointment time to warm greetings from Daniela’s son. He brought me into meet a gracious and enthusiastic Daniela. We chatted over coffee to get to know each other a bit and then it was down to work on a four course Mother’s Day lunch. This was the best surprise for me…. I thought that I had come just to learn to cook octopus. On the menu was a fish pasta primo followed by the most tender octopus and potato purée secondo..Dulce was a delicious strawberry limoncello salad and to top it off some homemade granita… But that’s not the best part… as we were finishing the meal preparation who arrives but Nonna. Followed by Daniela’s sister. So I got to sit down to the most welcoming Mother’s Day Sunday lunch with a room full of the kindest and most generous people I believe I’ve ever met. A memory of a lifetime. And I now know how to cook octopus:) Thank you so much Paul
