My grandparents were peasants, simple people, but on their table there was always good bread, ham, salami and cheese, a hot soup and never lacking a delicious homemade dessert, accompanied by a good glass of wine. You will be welcome to sit around my table, where you can enjoy these wholesome dishes that I always keep in my heart. I will offer a rich platter of local cured meats and cheeses, a classic Tuscan soup (your choice of Pappa al pomodoro, Ribollita or Farinata di cavolo nero) and to finish, one of the classic desserts passed down in my family. I warmly await you at my home to share a pleasant lunch or dinner together in good company.

- We did the three course menu with Elena, and it was simply amazing! Elena is a lovely, chatty person who loves cooking. We did the class with our 2 year old son who also got busy making pasta with Elena :) We highly recommend!
- What a wonderful afternoon spent with Elena! She graciously welcomed us into her home and kitchen! We enjoyed helping to prepare the items on our menu learning from Elena as we went along. The food was delicious, in fact, some of the best we have had! Elena was so kind and we felt as though we left as friends… Such a wonderful experience - more than we had hoped for! Thank you Elena for a delicious meal, a wonderful experience and a new friendship!!’ Our hearts and stomachs are full. Best of the best!!!
- Elena was so lovely and kind, her home was beautiful and she was a fantastic teacher. We also came with our three year old daughter and Elena was so helpful with her and she loved learning to cook the pasta! I highly recommend this experience - it was a short drive from Prato and we loved it :)
- We had a lovely and experiential evening. Met with great hospitality and kindness. We got really delicious food, and it was fun to be part of the Italian kitchen and taste family dishes. We would definitely recommend Elena and her cooking. Maybe we will make homemade pasta when we get home to Denmark
