Hand-made fresh Ligurian pasta with pesto
Sgabei (leavened bread dough, fried)
Tiramisù with coffee

Traditional sgabei accompanied by tomato sauce or pesto from our garden. Next up, fresh pasta with seasonal toppings. Finally, the famous coffee tiramisu or, if you prefer, chocolate tiramisu, made with the freshest eggs from our hens. The dressing oil comes from our own olive trees! Together, we will prepare and taste these typical recipes... it doesn't get more Ligurian than this!

: Myself, my husband and my two teenage children had such a wonderful time cooking with Anna! She is a wonderful teacher and both her and her mama made us feel at home right from the beginning. The food we made was delicious and the laughs we shared made us feel that by the time we left we had made two new dear friends. We highly recommend this experience - it will be the highlight of your trip!
: Excellent experience! We are a family of 6 - two 80 year olds, my husband and I, and our two boys - 14 and 11. Everyone participated and loved it. The best part at the end is that the lunch we made was one of the best meals we had during our week in Italy!! Adding to the experience is that Anna went above and beyond to create gluten free cooking options for me that were miraculously delicious too! I highly recommend an afternoon at Anna’s house - the cooking was fun, the food was delicious, and Anna (and her mother’s) hospitality was top notch!
: My family and I (my wife and 2 teenage granddaughters) thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Anna Maria. She was professional, friendly and fun! We cooked 2 delicious pasta dishes from scratch and a yummy tiramisu. The class environment was a beautiful home in a country setting. We all loved the experience from start to finish!
: Unfortunately due to the late arrival of our ship we were unable to participate. It was truly and experience we were looking forward to and if we get back to Italy, we will certainly sign up again.
