Traditional sgabei accompanied by tomato sauce or pesto from our garden. Next up, fresh pasta with seasonal toppings. Finally, the famous coffee tiramisu or, if you prefer, chocolate tiramisu, made with the freshest eggs from our hens. The dressing oil comes from our own olive trees! Together, we will prepare and taste these typical recipes... it doesn't get more Ligurian than this!

Our experience cooking with Anna in her kitchen far surpassed any expectation I had going in. Anna is a warm and inviting person greeting us with delicious food and prosecco upon arrival. She taught us how to make pasta and tiramisu with love and enthusiasm. This experience was the highlight of our trip and I only hope I can return to Anna’s kitchen in La Spezia one day :)

Anna was the best host and teacher. We made so many different types of pasta and we also made Tiramisù which I would have eaten the whole dish if I wasn’t already so full from the pasta. I would highly recommend making pasta with Anna, it was definitely the highlight of my whole trip!
