Traditional sgabei accompanied by tomato sauce or pesto from our garden. Next up, fresh pasta with seasonal toppings. Finally, the famous coffee tiramisu or, if you prefer, chocolate tiramisu, made with the freshest eggs from our hens. The dressing oil comes from our own olive trees! Together, we will prepare and taste these typical recipes... it doesn't get more Ligurian than this!
I wish I could give this more stars. This was worth every penny, peso, euro or whatever you spend. Anna was VERY talented and hilarious. I would purchase this experience again just to visit and eat again.

It was a wonderful day filled with many culinary specialties from Liguria. We learned a great deal from our Cesarina, Anna, and had the opportunity to taste so many delicious dishes.
