In my cozy kitchen overlooking the sea, we will prepare these 3 delicious typical Sicilian dishes, caponatina in bruschetta, maccheroni made by us with a sweet baked tomato sauce, and finish in freshness with a lemon and mint granita,then we will taste our menu around a beautifully decorated table, and toast to life with a glass of Etna's best natural wine

My cooking class with Laura was the highlight of my Catania stay! Laura was flexible on the menu and happy to adapt to my preferences. We made a delicious caponata, pasta alla Norma and tiramisu in her gorgeous apartment kitchen, and shared a natural rose from her friends’ winery on her balcony with views of Catania and the ocean . She was patient and helpfully explained the rationale behind certain ingredients and steps so I could easily adapt when I attempt the recipes back in Melbourne. Highly recommend !!!
